RETURNS

Since all of Big Puppin' Threads shirts are made to order, we are unable to accept returns.

EXCHANGES

Exchanges can be made if you want to size up or size down as long as there is no personalization on the shirt. Customer is responsible for the shipping.

Exchanges can be done if something is wrong with the order (ripped garment / wrong item received). PLEASE CONTACT US right away (must be within 7 days of receiving the item). We will send you a replacement item immediately and cover shipping costs. We do our best to avoid any errors but please be patient with us if we've made a mistake with your order.
